ok credit goes to Adhnk as he is the one who sent me the file, i just helped to upload it to SEC server

Btw, I received info that it works for some, but it also does not work for some. Hence we believe it may be firmware differences and perhaps it works with some firmware and fails on some too. Please try it at your own risk cos even though I just received my test set again today, but it does not come with M2 stick Sad Oh, some tested it to work on the 64MB M2 that comes with your package but failed on the 1GB M2 on the same device and perhaps you guys can try out if the default one works in case it fails on your newly purchased 512MB or 1GB M2 stick. Here are the steps:

1. Connect your M600i to your PC via file transfer mode.
2. In the root of your M2 stick's assigned drive letter, create a folder named: Resource
3. Now go into Resource folder, and create a subfolder named: Fonts
4. Copy all 5 files into Resource\Fonts folder and reboot the phone.

Good Luck Very Happy

Enjoy the file guys dancing

I managed to get it work in R4A002 with a 1GB card. I did not manually create the Resource folder in my 1GB card. Instead I copy the original contents(which already contains the Resource folder) from the supplied 64MB card over to the 1GB.  Not sure if it works if the Resource folder is manually created.

I do notice that the system font is a little bit "soft" compared to the original font. Not a big problem though..
I now can see chinese MP3 titles in the File Manager and Media Player...wooohoo!!

Great work adnhk & Dairin!!

When I connect the M600i I could not see the folder of "Resource", not in my 64MB M2 card either.

Hi, this is font only package, and not a full fledge Chinese input software, hence we can only read Chinese and not write Chinse with the package.

The resource directory exists in my 64 M2 card. It does not allow me to create the Font directory. Does anyone encounter the same problem?

To create the Fonts folder in Resource directory, you need to put the phone to "Transfer Mode" in USB connection settings and connect the phone to the PC. Once it connects, your PC will detect the M2 card in your phone as an external USB drive. You can then add the Fonts folder and copy all the font files into the folder.

Or you can simply use the M2 card adaptor that comes with the 1GB card and plug it directly to your PC to create Fonts folder and copy the files.
