yes. it is no way near a BB device in terms of comfort & ease in entry. Nevertheless, it is still easy to type.

Yes, and to be honest, I find my P990i's QWERTY key pad easier to use than my Treo 650... I guess perhaps it is just a matter of getting used to it...
